چکیده
The tomato plant is usually infected with various pathogens such as pests, bacteria, and different mycoflora. In this investigation, Tomato cultivar Beeli was pathogenized Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Lycopersicon (FOL1) fungi. FOL1 fungus controlled by inoculating the plants each one of biocontrol microorganisms, Arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM), Trichoderma harzianum (T. harzianum), microbial blend, named Effective Microorganisms (EM). Consequently, effect these microorganisms on amount chlorophyll, proteins, defense enzymes estimated. results showed that AM, T. fungi, “EM” gave similar ameliorative effects. However, there are regulated increasing content activities many protecting compounds acid invertase peroxidase. Moreover, important mechanisms have a vital role in oxidizing phenolic compounds, which could increase antimicrobial activity. Altogether, demonstrate protein chlorophyll increased differently all treatments. level highest + EM treatment ML chlorophyll.

INOCULATION OF Trichoderma harzianum DURING MATURATION OF VINEYARD WASTE COMPOST TO CONTROL MUSKMELON Fusarium WILT
The utilization of compost vineyard wastes as suppressive growing media against Fusarium wilt is a good alternative for the disposal and recycling of these organic wastes. Inoculation of biological control agents (BCAs) enhances the biocontrol activity of compost. In this experiment, vineyard compost was sampled at different stages during the composting process, rating the values of acceptabili...
متن کاملControl of Fusarium Oxysporum Causing Fusarium Wilt by Trichoderma Spp and Pseudomonas fluorescens on Arachis hypogaea L
Fusarium wilt diseases caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum lead to significant yield losses of crops. Biocontrol agents such asTrichoderma viride , Trichoderma harzianum and Pseudomonas fluorescens are applied to control Fusarium wilt of Arachis hypogaea. Experiments were conducted on the effect of culture filtrates of T.viride (1%), T.harzianum (1.5%), and P. fluorescens (2%) on biochemica...
متن کاملCharacterization of Novel Trichoderma asperellum Isolates to Select Effective Biocontrol Agents Against Tomato Fusarium Wilt
The use of novel isolates of Trichoderma with efficient antagonistic capacity against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL) is a promising alternative strategy to pesticides for tomato wilt management. We evaluated the antagonistic activity of 30 isolates of T. asperellum against 4 different isolates of FOL. The production of extracellular cell wall degrading enzymes of the antagonistic i...
